When does it start?

There is no specific start date. Once you register we will contact you and set up your first workout.

Who is the program for?

MEN & WOMEN from any fitness level can participate in this program.

Everyone is welcome here at Fit Body Boot Camp!

What are your training hours?

Come in for live in-studio sessions OR do them live virtually!

If you are coming into our studio, you’ll see the level of care we put into keeping our studio COVID safe, including cleaning after every session, taking the temperature of each client, and disinfecting with UVC lights.

If you’re more comfortable at home, you can join us virtually via Zoom, where coaches will monitor your form and encourage you in the comfort of your home!

WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF ME?

We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week.
